    Skiing - 2021 - Europe

Whistler.  As many of us have either the Whistler/ Blackcomb Edge Card or season’s passes, we will definitely have a good number of three to four day stays at hotels and other accommodations at Whistler.  Look for at least one week-long Whistler trip as well, usually late February, early March of 2019. A week long or longer ski trip to the B.C. interior will also be in the works.  Two years ago it was Sun Peaks, Revelstoke and Apex.  Last season it was Rossland and its Red and Granite Mountains with Nelson’s White Water.  Remember, you do not have to book the entire trip; you can opt of any part of the trip, depending on your vacation schedule and skiing desire(s).  The Victoria Alpine Ski Club is already abuzz with ideas on where we will be heading this coming year.  We are also looking at a 2021 Europe Ski trip.  Iceland? Sweden? Norway? A few of us skied Kitzbühl, St. Anton, and St. Christoph in Tirol this year.  Who knows, but it looks like 2021 will be the year, so start saving now!!! Keep looking on our web site and we will be posting the destinations as soon as we get wind of them.  All the early bird prices, dates, contacts, and deposits will be on our web site by fall.  For now, enjoy the summer! - Sven
